Tiffanie -Owner

Tiffanie is just one of those people who was a magnet for doggy attention all of her life and knew early on that she understood dogs on a different level than most people. She communicates best with dogs, which is why you will mostly see her hanging out with the dogs in the back. Tiffanie has worked in 3 veterinarian clinics with duties ranging from lead kennel tech, vet tech assistant and groomer. The knowledge gained from these veterinarian clinics place her above the rest in regards to pet health & safety. Tiffanie is also the owner & groomer at Pauly's Paw Spa grooming salon, with over 12 years experience grooming in Washington & Florida. Those photos of your dog on Facebook are courtesy of her amateur photography hobby and that adorable Boxer on our facebook is her son Smith. She also has another boxer, Gypsy, miniature dachshund Lowla, pug Dixie & 3 goats; Jose, Soco & Gator.
She has 3 children that range from university student, South Kitsap High School student and Cedar Heights Middle School student. She loves to volunteer at school activities.

Hannah Lynn - Daycare Manager

Hannah is our morning opener, bright and early at 6am. Morning openers tend to create the deepest bonds with the early crew, because we offer such a small pet to human ratio that the pets get a lot of bonding time individually. This is pretty awesome to see.
Destinie; receptionist/kennel attendant & overnight boarding attendant

Destinie grew up with animals surrounding her, including but not limited to dogs, cats, geese, goats, bunnies, and ducks. She is an experienced in home pet sitter & walker and has spent the last 4 years working as a part time dog bather. Since she joined the team at Pauly's Pals she looks forward to going to work and learning about dog behavior, health, and care. Her gentle demeanor and eye for detail means the dogs love her and we can’t do without her!
Justice; daycare & overnight boarding attendant

When I was younger, I used to be that kid who whenever they saw a dog/cat lose outside or an injured/baby wild animal, I was always the one to go out there and save them and take them to wherever they needed to go. I was always told that underneath all my 'civilian' clothes I needed to have my 'superhero' shirt on like Superman but instead have it say "AR" for Animal Rescue :) But I enjoyed helping animals out so much, that I used to dream of having my own Animal Rescue business at my house because I just loved the feeling of saving animals lives. Which has lead me to deciding that I want to be a Vet Tech. I was then given the chance to work at a vet hospital and was able to watch from the side on what Vet Techs do and just instantly fell in love and was reassured that that is what I wanted to do as a career.
